Wendy has been in Real Estate for 23 Years and has built Planet Realty & Management from the ground up. Wendy is a Florida Native, who has been happy to call Jacksonville area her home. Wendy began as an investor,and knowing the pressures of collecting rents while having mortgage payments she became a broker earning the GRI (Graduate REALTOR Instiute) Designation, REO Certified Designation, and the MRP (Military Relocation Professional) Designation along the way.
